Pursuant to Public Act 635 of 2018, consumer fireworks are legal from June 29th to July 4th from 11:00 a.m. to 11:45 p.m. on each of those days. Consumer fireworks are not allowed on public property (including streets and rights-of-way), on school or church property or from the property of another person (without their express written permission).
